These terms describe use of freetoolboxs.com and its tool pages, including their language editions. Read the instructions and limitations for the particular tool you use. If you disagree with these terms, do not use the site.
Permitted use
You may use the available tools for lawful personal, educational and business tasks. Only submit material you have permission to process. Do not use the site to distribute harmful files, access restricted systems, impersonate another person or interfere with other visitors’ access.
Your inputs and results
You are responsible for checking the data you enter and the output you use. Confirm units, dates, rates, rounding and assumptions. Default values are illustrative. A result may differ from a lender’s quotation, a school’s record, a professional assessment or an official calculation.
Keep your originals
Keep a backup before converting or compressing a file. A smaller or converted file may lose image detail, selectable text, forms, signatures or other features. Review the output before deleting or replacing the original. Downloaded outputs are not a guarantee that another service will accept the file.
Local drafts and reminders
Where a tool offers browser storage, clearing site data or changing browsers may remove access to a saved draft. Download a separate backup. Future Letter produces a letter and a calendar reminder; it does not promise future email delivery. Calendar alerts depend on the app and settings you use.
No professional relationship
